Swati Kumari is an educator, career counsellor, corporate trainer, and communication coach with over 12 years of experience in education and student mentorship. An expert faculty member in Humanities, she has taught across diverse curricula, including CBSE, ICSE, AP, and IB, while also mentoring students for competitive examinations such as CLAT and NDA. Over the years, she has guided numerous students who have progressed to leading universities in India and abroad.Currently she is also enlisted as mentor in the National Mission for Mentoring (NMM) envisaged under the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) to provide mentoring to school teachers and ensure their continuous professional development.Swati is also a Resource Person for CBSE on topics like NEP-2020,NCF,SEL,Art Integration.

Known for her expertise in strategic storytelling and curriculum design, Swati combines creativity with a detail-oriented approach and a strong professional work ethic. As a UCLA-certified Career Counsellor, she has supported students in career planning, profile building, and international college admissions.She is also the recipient of the prestigious UMANG Fellowship 2026 awarded by the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS-Mumbai)

A passionate public speaker and public-speaking coach, Swati is also a Certified Soft Skills and Corporate Trainer, specialising in Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Resolution, Teamwork, and Communication. She is the Founder of Mercurio Academy, an initiative dedicated to developing confident communicators and future-ready leaders.

Her contributions to education have earned her several honours, including Teacher of the Year 2025, Rashtriya Shikshak Samman 2025, National Youth Inspiration 2026, the Martha Russell Career Services Award (APCDA) , and International Achievers Award 2026.
